druppy 25dd8e1f28 Add Gitea Actions build workflow for rpilinux-image 
Host-based kas build on a dedicated 'yocto:host' runner with a
persistent project dir ($HOME/yocto-ci) for incremental sstate reuse.
Uploads deploy images from raspberrypi4-64 as artifacts.
